I have a novel I began writing in 2013 but couldn't finish due to the life-altering experiences I was going through at the time. I had shared excerpts on DeviantArt, and it garnered a lot of interest. Back then, writing was a pure joy. Then, life as I knew it paused. When you confront mortality, life has a way of pressing pause... But then it plays on, and with a smile, I might add Time, after all, waits for no one. Here's a piece of that novel.
